The financial viability of the camp remains a top priority.
The $50 deposit is non refundable.
If the camp is cancelled, and no costs have been incurred, the deposit will be refunded in full. If the camp is cancelled and there are costs incurred, the refund will be reduced accordingly.
Final and Total Payment
Once the final fees, including the deposit, are collected, if the camp is cancelled and no costs have been incurred, fees will be refunded. If the camp is cancelled and there are costs incurred, the refund will be reduced accordingly.
After June 1st, if the camp proceeds, any individual refunds will be addressed on an case by case basis for legitimate reasons only. These could include sickness, injury, death in a family or a COVID diagnosis within two weeks of the start of the camp. The refund amount will take into account the financial viability of the camp and may be reduced accordingly.
